Notes: Most of the topics are health-related and informative but it's not the usual personal blog where you will feel a "personal connection" with the author. Since headlines or post titles usually catch the attention of a reader, it would have been better if the color of the post title is not red because it becomes invisible against a red background. Currently has a Page Rank of 2.
